What is the MSME Digital Grant MADANI?

The MSME Digital Grant MADANI is a strategic government initiative championed by the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN), and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).

Step-by-Step Application Guide

01 Initial Consultation & Invoice

Contact us to select the digital package that suits your business. We will issue an official quotation and invoice, which is a mandatory document for the application.

02 Document Preparation

You will need to prepare copies of the following:

  • Copy of Identity Card (Director / Partner / Proprietor)
  • Copy of Business Registration licenses (SSM / PBT)
  • Latest Audited Accounts / Management Accounts / Bank Statements (2 months)
  • Company Profile

03 Application Submission

Submit the application form along with the supporting documents to any BSN branch or via the online portal. As a TSP, Xantec will guide you through this submission to ensure no errors.

04 Approval & Disbursement

Once approved, you will pay the 50% gap amount to Xantec. Upon proof of payment, BSN will disburse the remaining matching grant directly to us. Your digital project then officially kicks off!

Who is eligible for the MDEC MSME Digital Grant?

To be eligible, your business must be at least 60% Malaysian-owned, registered with SSM/Local Authority, operating for at least 6 months, and have an annual turnover of at least RM50,000. You must not have received previous digitalization matching grants.

Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?

No. Under the matching grant model, you are generally required to pay your portion (50%) to the Service Provider (Xantec). Once approved, BSN/MDEC will disburse the remaining 50% directly to the provider. However, payment terms may vary based on current BSN SOPs, so please consult us for the latest procedure.

How long does the approval process take?

Typically, the approval process by BSN takes anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the volume of applications. We recommend applying early before the fund quota is exhausted.

Can I apply for multiple services?

Yes, you can bundle multiple digital services (e.g., POS System + Accounting Software) as long as the total invoice amount allows you to maximize the RM5,000 grant cap.

Is Xantec Solutions a certified TSP?
