Can We Upgrade From E3 to E5 Later?
Yes. Eligible users can move to E5 by purchasing and assigning the new licence. Annual subscriptions usually cannot reduce seats mid-term—plan reductions before renewal.

- Promotional pricing, when offered, is available for a limited time and applies exclusively to new registrations by customers with a valid Malaysia billing address.
- Microsoft 365 email migration is charged a one-time migration fee from RM 200 onwards.
- Migration typically includes email inbox and other email folders. It does not automatically include contacts, calendar items, or tasks unless separately scoped.
- Mailbox migration commonly allows up to about 500,000 items per mailbox (newest to oldest) with a maximum message size around 35MB. Additional Microsoft limitations may apply.
- Subscriptions must be renewed before expiry. Failure to renew by the expiry date can result in termination and permanent deletion of associated data without recovery. Xantec is not responsible for data loss caused by non-renewal.
- Customers on an annual plan generally may not downgrade the plan or reduce seats during the active term. Seat reduction or plan downgrade requests should be submitted at least 30 days before expiry.
