After you receive confirmation that your order has been successful, our customer service team will activate your hosting account.

Once activated, you will get a “Welcome Email” from our customer service department. This email will contain all the pertinent details regarding your subscribed hosting account, so please make sure to check both your Inbox and Junk folder for it.

Upon receiving the Welcome Email, please verify the login details by accessing the cPanel. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us at support@your provider.my for further assistance.

After you’ve successfully logged into your Plesk account, kindly proceed to change your password right away.

Next, you can start creating email accounts for your email communication needs.

Login to Plesk -> File Manager -> Upload

Option 1: Reset password from client area

Step 1: Access the your provider Billing System by logging in at:

Step 2: Select Services > My Services and click the green word ACTIVE on the right side of the WP package.

Step 3: In the left panel, locate the Change Password option, where you can modify the password for the Plesk Panel.

Step 4: Generate a new password or enter your own. Fill in the Confirm New Password field.

Click Save Changes to finalize the update.

Step 5: You can now log into the Plesk control panel using the URL domainname:8443, with the username and password you just reset.

NOTE:  (replace domainname with your own domain name)

Option 2: Reset password from Plesk login page

Step 1: Navigate to the Plesk login page at domainname:8443

Step 2: Click on “Lost your password?” at the bottom.

Step 3: Enter your Username and the email registered in the system. Click Send.

Step 4: After receiving the password reset email, click the link in the email to follow the steps for resetting your password.

Step 5: Enter your new password and click on “Reset password.”
