There are many options to upload the web files to the hosting account:
Option 1 - Create a FTP account and upload files via FTP Client (File Zilla)

Login to Plesk -> File Manager -> Upload

This article will guide you on how to set up FTP Access in your Plesk Admin.

Log in to Plesk Admin https://IPAddress:8443 or https://hostname:8443.

Then navigate to Websites & Domains for your sites.

Click on FTP Access as shown in the screenshot below.

After that, click on “Add an FTP Account.”

Enter the FTP Account details as shown in the example below.

Click OK when finished.

Finally, the new FTP account will be displayed in the list for your domain, as shown below.
