There is an issue when using FileZilla version 3.7.* to connect to server.
Example for the error shown as below:
When get the error as above example, kindly follow below step to resolve the issue.
Open FileZilla,

Go to FileZilla.

Click Site Manager.

Click New Site, key in the information.

From Encryption, select Use plain FTP (insecure).

This should fixed the issue to connect to server.

Else shall the error still persists, please open FileZilla again .
In the menus, click on Edit and select Settings…

Under Connection section, change the timeout interval from the default of 20 seconds to 0.

Click “Ok” to save these changes.
