Update DNS Records using DNS Management Tools via Client Area

Practical steps: Update DNS Records using DNS Management Tools via Client Area

IMPORTANT: Your domain name must be registered with DNS Management Tools to execute the actions outlined below.

  1. Access the your provider Billing System.

Utilize the following URL to log in to the your provider Billing System:

  1. After successfully logging in, navigate to “Domains” >> “My Domains”.

  2. Locate the domain name you wish to update and select “Manage Domain”.

  3. Next, click on “DNS Management” located under the “Manage” navigation bar.

  4. You may proceed to update your DNS records, including A records, CNAME, SPF, etc.

  5. Once you have completed the updates, click on “Save Changes”.

Note: This process is applicable only for domain names registered under OpenSRS and does not apply to MYNIC domains. A hosting plan may be required for updating MYNIC DNS records. For further assistance, please contact sales@your provider.com.my.
