The default cPanel login details shall be sent to your registered primary email address upon hosting activation.
However shall you have forgotten the login details , do not worry as you may still be able to reset the cPanel login details from the client area.

To reset your cPanel password due to a forgotten login, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Access our client billing system.

Select Services > My Services to see the services you are subscribed to.

Your hosting details will be displayed; click on the name of the hosting.

Click Change Password. Input your new desired password and select Save Changes.
You should now be able to log into your cPanel control panel using the new username and password.
