There are various methods to access your cPanel.
Option 1 — Log in through your client area
- Visit your provider’s website using the links below:
- Use the client portal URL for your region from your welcome email (MY / SG / COM).

Click on Client Login at the top right of the page.

Enter the Email Address and Password that you registered with, and then click Login.

Click on My Services, then select My Products/Services.

Choose the domain you wish to manage, then click Manage Product.

Click on Login to cPanel at the top left.

A new tab will open in your browser, directing you to your cPanel.

Option 2 — Direct cPanel URL
Log in using http://domainname/cpanel or https://serverhostname/cpanel with the login details provided in the Welcome Email.
Make sure to replace domainname with your actual domain name, e.g. abc.com
