You can access the your provider Billing System by referring to this link. (See your client area documentation.)

Select ‘Domains’ >> ‘My Domains’ as depicted in the screenshot below:

Identify the domain name that requires modifications, click on the vertical three dots (…) adjacent to the domain status, and select ‘Manage Nameservers’.

Opt for the second option: ‘Use custom nameservers (enter below)’ and enter your preferred nameserver sets.

Upon completion of the above steps, click on ‘Change Nameservers’.

If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot?” button to recover it. You will receive an email with the subject “Reset your password” from billing@your provider.my containing instructions for resetting your password.
