Click on ‘Domains’ >> ‘My Domains’ as shown in the screenshot below:

Choose the domain name that requires modifications, click on the vertical 3 dots (…) next to the domain status, and select ‘Edit Contact Information’.

You will be directed to the Contact Information page where you can modify the contact details as follows and click ‘Save Changes’.

Important: For changes regarding contact types (Organization <-> Individual) or the company name, please email from your billing account’s primary contact email, following the format below, to domain@your provider.my for further assistance.
