Login to HELM control panel as webadmin
Click Domain > Click on your domain name
Click Web Site Settings
Under WebSite Extensions, select Version 2.0 for the ASP.NET
Click Save button.

Your domain is now running in ASP.NET 2.0 version. If you would like to switch back to ASP.NET 1.1, repeat the above steps and choose Version 1.0 on Steps [...]

To check on the database information of your domain:
1. Login into HELM control panel
2. Go to “Domains” >> select the domain name >> “Database Manager”
3. Click on the database name from the list
4. Refer “Connection Information” for database server host.
5. Refer “Database Users” for database user setup for the database.

By default all our Windows 2003 is running PHP 4.3.x due to compatibility issue of PHP 5.x which will breaks some script. However, with the HELM Extension we installed on our HELM control panel, you are allowed to choose either PHP 4.3.x or PHP 5.x to be supported on your domain.
